A $1,000 deposit reserves your night and estimated headcount. Fully refundable through September 1, and it all applies to your final bill. No contract marathon.

Final headcount by December 1. We send one simple invoice (headcount × rate, minus your deposit) — pay by ACH or check. Nothing owed at the door.
